Training

Training is conducted on-site by Cycom staff. Training is scheduled considering the day-to-day operations of your Department.

There are three basic levels of training. Personnel to be trained at each level are identified during the pre-implementation process.

  • Level One Training addresses the goals of system implementation. This includes an overview of system design, integration, and use.
  • Level Two Training provides detailed training for each module of the system. At this level, hands-on training and experience are given to small work groups.
  • Level Three provides training for overall system management functions such as the maintenance of code tables and the use of telecommunication support services.

Productive System Use

Once training is complete, live system use should begin immediately. Cycom personnel will be available on-site for ad hoc training and assistance during initial system start-up.
